HDF Series - Pigment Dispersion for High Density PU Shoe Sole
Polycol Color Dispersions are a unique technology for coloring Polyurethanes. They are dispersions of special grade colorants in a carrier resin, highly compatible with mostly all commercially available Polyols. The carrier resin in the dispersion combines chemically with polyurethane during polymerization and curing. Polycol Color Dispersions are available in orange, yellow, red, green, blue and black colors. Custom Colors can also be matched and provided on customer request.
The colorants selected for the Polycol Color Dispersions do not change the shade when they are exposed to the temperature generated in the course of the foaming process.
The viscosity of the dispersions varies from liquid to paste, but due to excellent wetting and dispersion, guarantees convenient handling of the products during dosage, mixing and processing.
Polycol Color Dispersions can be supplied in a range of viscosities to meet most requirements. Selection of a suitable viscosity is dependent on the particular processing techniques employed by the user.
